Jenny took Clare and me to the wheel flats and beyond! It was a first and very wet trip. It was cool and we nearly drowned in calcite brimming crusty water. We sang and joked and pretended we weren’t freezing our tits off!! From a completely non-Geologists point of view we saw cool blood red rocks and calcited fixed ladders …. but now we’re in the pub which is even cooler!
