Another jaunt along this excellent trip! The only cock-ups being acheived by myself. This included my amazing, epilepsy inducing LED light which flickered most magnificently, before going out completely. And also in the great tradition of DUSA incompetence, leaving the SRT kits at the bottom of the County Pot, and then wondering how I was going to retrieve said articles from the top of the pitch when I arrived there 3hours later. Brilliant! (top tip – when abseiling on a light belt do it up very tight – failure to do so leads to severe chaffing)
Apart from this the trip went very smoothly, with Jude quickly learing the art of thrutching (so often required in caving), and was completed in 3.5hrs.
