With the sun shining, a desire to go and hide in the dark and avoid any form of engineering work overwhelmed both Andy and Pete, so a quick mine trip was decided upon. I can’t remember where it was, but it was good. The first was a bit wet and unstable in places.
We took a couple of photos with 30 second exposure and careful light painting from two giant, LED converted 4D-cell Mag-lite’s!
On the way back to the car, we had a quick play in a couple of other mines we found, the air wasn’t too fresh in either.
Andy had forgotten a change of clothes, so drove home in his wet boxers (which was all he wore as he ran from the car back to the house)
All in all a pleasant afternoon trip.
