Very successful trip, caving gods must have been smiling on us. Three hour through trip to Mistral, with detours towards Pippikin sump via The Long Pond and other points of interest. Having not done Pip before, but heard tales of derring-do from others, I was really looking forward to an exciting trip. Whilst good fun, I didn’t find it hard or exciting, but it surely did make for enjoyable, satisfying caving. Definitely one to do again.
