Not a bad trip in regards to lack of phaff. An excellent trip in regards to cave. Easy navigation despite crap surveys with lack of full description. Tight, ribcrunching squeeze into the beautiful Gour Chamber well worth the effort. Desecnt of same squeeze slippery and effortless. Bimbling around Burrett’s passage area, realisation that rope to downstream area was too wet, hair raising exit through rising floodwater – all fun in their own way. Full marks to Hannah for navigation. Full marks to Tom for squeeze-mastering.

John

Good trip, good SRT rope training trip, in regards to the wearing of SRT kit without actually using it… Some quite tight squeezes and nice, pretty caverns. Rather sporting at the last, when the entrance transformed from a dry scramble to apparently torrent levels… great fun.

Leon

A nice trip again! Thanks to all who are responsible for that! Nice climbing unfortunately no SRT instead a very wet way out. Really surprising how fast that changed! Specially for Hannah a sentence in German:

Hat weider spass gemacht, gute sache seinen Sonntag so im gestalten! Fashe Weihnachten an alle DUSA!

Thomas

Tacklesack must die! Evil and naughty and (almost) unused. Brilliant cave, complex and varied, will definitely be revisited. Gour Chamber well worth the squeeze, which is not too difficult if lying on front, not back. Enjoyed first navigation and co-lead and mini rig. Note surveys useless (more or less) and descriptions not accurate. Will make notes at later date and write out nice route.
